Kerry Washington returned to her alma mater for the to address graduates at the George Washington University’s 2013 Commencement ceremony on the National Mall.

A professional photographer from GradImages took individual photos of graduates as they crossed the stage during the school celebrations. Graduates should have received an email link and free passport-sized digital proof of their photos within three to seven days following the celebrations. 2013 Highlights

The 2013 commencement speaker was Kerry Washington, an actress, activist and GW alum,  who spoke to an estimated crowd of nearly 25,000 and received an honorary degree from GW. Thad Allen, a M.P.A. alumni '86 and former 23rd Commandant of the Coast Guard Admiral, and Harriet Mayor Fulbright, a M.F.A. alumna 75' and lifetime international education advocate, also received honorary degrees. Graduating senior Alexandar Zafran was slected as the student speaker for the ceremony.
